The shipment of the material will be made according to the payment method:
Cash on delivery – in 24/48 hours.
Other forms of payment – in 24/48 hours after making the deposit effective.
The transport agency for Spain and Portugal will be Seur
Any form of payment – within a period not exceeding 7 days after making the deposit effective.
The transport agency for other countries that Genehtik freely chooses at any time.
For products not available in stock, the customer will be notified of the estimated delay.

In case of receiving the package with signs of having been tampered with or beaten, indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier, do not sign the delivery note without having indicated the incidents and always in the presence of it.
If after making the shipment you notice that it does not correspond to the order placed and you observe differences between delivery notes or invoices, let us know immediately, detailing the differences indicated and provide us with a telephone number so that the management is more agile.
We do not accept claims on shipments beyond 24 hours of receipt by you.
To cancel an order send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason.
The order can only be canceled if it has not left our facilities.
If your order has already left our facilities, you will have to wait to receive it and it will become a return.
In compliance with the provisions of the law on 26/1991 of November 21 on contracts entered into outside commercial establishments, we recognize the right to claim the contract without the need to allege any cause, within a maximum period of 7 days after the receipt of the order.
However, remember that you will have to pay the round-trip postage, as well as the administrative or other expenses that are generated as a result of your return.
